摘要
整理部分省、市全过程工程咨询试点方案中的服务收费标准,系统梳理国内各建设阶段已经确立的收费标准,提出全过程工程咨询的三种收费模式:单项收费汇总模式、总价费率模式、人工工时费模式,论述其适用范围,并给出应用案例。
This paper sorts out engineering consulting service charge standard in the pilot program of some provincial and municipal unit, systematically combs exited charging standards established at various stages of construction in China, and puts forward three models of engineering consulting charge named single charge collection model, total fees rate model and man-hour model, discusses its scope of application, and give a case to describe how to use charge standard.
