目标驱动型大学生学业发展辅导模式探究与实践

摘要 学生学习目标缺失,向学动力不足是我国大学本科教育存在的普遍问题,"玩命的中学、快乐的大学"现象应当扭转。引导学生树立明确的学业目标,通过学业目标驱动,激发出学习兴趣和动力,启发、指导、帮助、满足学业需求,实现专业修业目标与个人成才愿望、学生的现实起点与理想志向、学校供给资源与学生修业需求的三个结合,是提升学业辅导实效的根本,是提升大学生学业挑战度,合理"增负"的有力保障。 The lack of students' learning goals and the lack of learning motivation are the common problems inundergraduate education in our country. The phenomenon of " worked hard in high school and relaxed inuniversity" should be reversed. To guide students to set clear academic goals, drive through academic goals, stimulatelearning interest and motivation, enlighten, guide, help and meet academic needs, realize the three combination ofprofessional training goals and personal aspirations, students' realistic starting point and ideal aspirations, Universitysupply resources and students' demand for repair, is the key to improving the effectiveness of academic counseling. Itenhance the academic challenge of college students and increase the burden of students' learning.
