基于工作坊模式的高校辅导员队伍培养机制探究——以成都中医药大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 工作坊模式因其成员体验深刻、互动性强等特点被广泛运用。当前我校辅导员队伍建设存在培养模式单一,辅导员队伍专业化发展水平整体较低、岗位流动性大等问题。辅导员工作坊模式的引入能够为辅导员专业化、专家化发展搭建有效平台,提升辅导员队伍的凝聚力,并且有助于建立孵化机制,加强学生工作的科学性和创新性。建立辅导员工作坊要完善相关组织结构,根据院校实际情况设计工作坊内容,采取措施保障其有效运行。 The workshop model is widely used because of its deep experience and strong interaction.At present,there is a single training mode for the construction of the counselor team in our school.The professional developmentlevel of the counselor team is low overall and the job mobility is large.The introduction of the counselor workshopmode can provide an effective platform for the professionalization and expert development of counselors.It can enhancethe cohesiveness of the counselor team,and help to establish an incubation mechanism to enhance the scientific andinnovative work of students.To establish a counselor workshop,we must improve the relevant organizational structure,design the workshop content according to the actual situation of the college and take measures to ensure effectiveoperation.
