摘要
目的比较采用420 nm强脉冲光联合Pixel 2940 nm铒激光与单独采用420 nm强脉冲光治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法自2016年1月至2017年12月,对整形美容中心门诊收治的40例中重度痤疮患者,按随机表法将其分为治疗组及对照组,每组各20例。治疗组给予420 nm强脉冲光联合Pixel 2940 nm铒激光治疗,对照组单独给予420 nm强脉冲光治疗。各组均为每4周治疗1次,4次为1个疗程。分别于治疗后2、3、4次和治疗后6个月进行疗效和安全性评价。结果本组40例患者经过4次治疗后,治疗组有效率为100%,高于对照组65%(χ2=8.48,P<0.05),其差异具有统计学意义。治疗后6个月随访观察,均未见复发病例。结论采用420 nm强脉冲光联合Pixel 2940 nm铒激光治疗,可提高中重度痤疮的治疗效果,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the clinical effect and safety of 420 nm intense pulsed light combined with Pixel 2940 nm krypton laser and 420 nm intense pulsed light for the treatment of moderate to severe acne. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017, 40 patients with moderate to severe acne were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 20 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with 420 nm intense pulsed light combined with Pixel 2940 nm erbium laser, while the control group was treated with 420 nm intense pulse light alone. Each group was treated once every 4 weeks and 4 times for a course.The efficacy and safety were evaluated after 4 treatments and 6 months after treatment. Results After 4 treatments, the efficacy rate in the treatment group was 100%, which was higher than that in the control group（65%）（χ2=8.48, P〈 0.05）. The difference was statistically significant. No recurrence was observed 6 months after treatment. Conclusion The combination of 420 nm intense pulsed light and Pixel 2940 nm holmium laser can improve the therapeutic effect of the treatment of moderate to severe acne. It should be considered for promotion in clinic.
