基于通信线性冲激响应优化裂变算法的最优铸造技术研究

摘要 针对液体合金最优铸造中难以实现基于无缝最佳变现策略及最佳变现时间铸造,且难以采用通信解析的方式进行弱点分析的不足。本文通过引入非瓦尔拉斯通信分析技术,采用基于通信线性冲激响应优化裂变的方式对控制变量进行析构,最终得到了基于市场最佳效应的最优铸造效果。仿真实验表明:在引入了基于通信线性冲激响应之后,整个铸造过程的收敛程度大大提高;且铸造的冷却鲁棒性也得到了较大程度的改善,具有一定的实践意义。 In the optimal casting of liquid alloys, it is difficult to realize seamless optimal realization strategy and optimal realization time casting, and it is difficult to analyze the weak points by communication analysis. By introducing non-Walras communication analysis technology, this paper destructs the control variables based on the communication linear impulse response optimization fission, and finally obtains the optimal casting effect based on the market best effect. The simulation experiments show that after the introduction of the linear impulse response based on communication, the convergence degree of the whole casting process is greatly improved; and the cooling robustness of casting is also improved to a large extent, which has certain practical significance.
