摘要
采用文献资料法、实地调查法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法,对十二届全运会后场馆的经营模式进行调查研究,结果显示:十二运场馆投资方式单一,多数场馆沿袭政府控制下的事业单位自主经营模式;场馆管理人才缺乏,经营情况不佳;场馆运行经费巨大,政府负担沉重。针对以上问题提出十二运后场馆的经营模式有必要实施改革,政府部门应转变观念,建立相关的政策法规,培育良好的市场环境。
By using the methods of documentation, field investigation, expert interview and questionnaire, this paper investigates the operation mode of the venues of the 12th National Games. The results show that the investment mode of the venues is single, most venues follow the independent operation mode of public institutions under the control of the government, and the management personnel of venues are scarce and the operation situation is poor. Poor; the operating expenses of venues are huge, and the government has a heavy burden. In view of the above problems, some suggestions are put forward: it is necessary to reform the operation mode of the twelfth sports venues, and the government departments should change their ideas, establish relevant policies and regulations, and cultivate a good market environment.
