摘要
目的调查口腔科诊疗器械、环境及医护人员手卫生状况,以采取有效措施减少口腔诊疗过程中的交叉感染及医护人员的职业暴露。方法采用细菌培养计数法、棉拭子法、平板暴露和静态空气采样法等对常用医疗器械、物体表面、空气质量和医护人员手卫生状况等进行检测。结果检测样本共159份,合格率为74.2%,其中空气卫生检测和医护人员手卫生检测合格率最低,分别为65.0%和68.6%。结论医院工作者应该针对口腔科交叉感染各影响因素采取有效措施来预防交叉感染的发生。
Objective This study investigate the medical instruments, environment and health care personnel hand hygiene of stomatological department, take effective measures to reduce cross infection and professional exposure of medical staff. Methods We take bacteria counting method, cotton swab method, flat plate exposure and static air sampling method to test commonly used medical equipment, surfaces, air quality and health carepersonnel hand hygiene. Rusults A total of 159 samples were tested, percent of pass is 74.2%. The percent of pass of air hygiene and health carepersonnel hand hygiene is lowest, 65.0% and 68.6% respectively. Conclusion Hospital staff should take effective measures to control nosocomial cross infection.
