摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对HIV/AIDS合并淋巴瘤患者在进行化疗时的影响。方法将2015年1月至2016年12月入住我科的24例HIV/AIDS合并淋巴瘤患者,按照入院先后顺序的单双数分为干预组与对照组,各12例。干预组除给予常规治疗和护理外,同时予以积极的护理干预措施,包括入院干预、心理护理干预、化疗干预、疼痛干预以及感染的预防等;比较两组化疗后不良反应及是否完成化疗疗程。结果经过护理干预,干预组严重胃肠道反应发生的例数少于对照组(P<0.05),完成化疗疗程的例数多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加强HIV/AIDS合并淋巴瘤患者在化疗时的综合护理干预,可以降低严重的胃肠道反应,帮助患者顺利完成化疗疗程。
Objective To evaluate the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention for HIV/AIDS patients with lymphoma undergoing chemotherapy. Methods Between January 2015 and December 2016, 24 HIV/A1DS patients with lymphoma of my department, the singular number and even numbers in the hospital admission sequence were divided into intervention group and control group with 12in each.Patients in the intervention group received routine treatment and nursing , plus nursing intervention including admitted, psychological nursing, chemotherapy, pain intervention, and infection prevention. Then, adverse effects of chemotherapy and the completion of chemotherapy between the two groups. Results After nursing intervention,The number of cases of severe gastrointestinal reaction occurred in the intervention group was less than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, the number of completed chemotherapy treatments was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Strengthening the comprehensive nursing intervention of HIV/AIDS patients with lymphoma in chemotherapy , which can reduce the severe gastrointestinal reactions, help the patient complete chemotherapy treatment.
