基于执行可控孤岛解列防止迫近的大面积停电研究

摘要 随着分布式新能源的大量接入及商业利益的驱使,输配电网长期处于重载运行状态,大面积停电事件席卷全球各个国家。通常情况下,当电力系统广泛采用的三道防线(预防控制、紧急控制和纠正控制)失效时,大停电事故就会迫近发生。由此,可控孤岛解列被提出,作为最后诉诸的方案来阻止迫近的大范围停电事故。基于此,本文主要探讨可控孤岛解列方案,并研究何时执行可控孤岛解列这个关键性问题。此外,由于级联断路是发生大停电事故的本质特征,为了能在复杂的电力系统动态仿真环境中模拟级联断路现象,也对电力系统网架和发电机保护系统进行建模。 With the large number of new distributed energy access and commercial interests driven, transmission and distribution network in a long-term heavy-load operation, large-scale blackouts sweep across the world. Usually, when the three lines of defense (preventive control, emergency control and corrective control) widely used in power system fail, a blackout will occur. As a result, a controllable Island disbandment was proposed as a final resort to pre- vent an imminent large-scale blackout. Based on this, this paper mainly discussed the scheme of controllable island- ing, and studied when to implement the key problem of controllable islanding. In addition, because cascade breaks were the essential characteristics of blackouts, in order to simulate cascade breaks in complex power system dynamic simulation environment, the protection system of power system grid and generator was modeled.
