摘要
以可控启动装置齿轮箱行星轮系为研究对象,利用疲劳寿命分析软件ncode Design Life分析其疲劳寿命。在建立疲劳寿命有限元模型的基础上,采用名义应力疲劳寿命分析方法,通过修改材料参数进行仿真,得到材料分别为18Cr2Ni4W、18CrNiMo7-6与20Cr2Ni4A时行星轮的疲劳寿命分布云图及最小疲劳寿命值。仿真结果表明:材料为18CrNiMo7-6的齿轮疲劳寿命值最大。
Fatigue life of planetary gear sets of controlled start transmission was researched using fatigue life analysis software ncode Design Life.Based on the establishment of the fatigue life analysis model,nominal stress method was used,then the fatigue life distribution and minimum fatigue life values of the planetary gears made of 18 Cr2 Ni4 W,18 CrNiMo7-6 and 20 Cr2 Ni4 A materials were obtained through modification of the material parameters.The results show that the gear made of 18 CrNiMo7-6 holds the longest usage life.
