血清NGAL和淀粉样蛋白A在糖尿病肾病诊断中的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)和血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)在糖尿病肾病(DN)诊断中的价值。方法用ELISA检测58例单纯糖尿病、53例早期DN、43例临床DN及50例健康对照者血清NGAL和SAA水平。结果单纯糖尿病、早期和临床DN组血清NGAL、SAA水平均高于对照者(P<0.01),其中以临床DN组最高(P<0.01)。NGAL对DN诊断的敏感性、特异性分别为63.2%、89.5%,而SAA分别为83.1%、51.4%。结论血清NGAL和SAA可作为DN的监测指标。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin(NGAL) and amyloid A(SAA) levels in diabetic nephropathy(DN). Serum levels of NGAL and SAA were detected by MethodsELISA in 58 patients with simple diabetes, 53 with early DN, 43 with clinical DN, and 50 healthy controls. Results Serum levels of NGAL and SAA were higher in simple diabetes and early and clinical DN groups than in control group(P〈0.01),with the highest in clinical DN group(P〈0.01). The sensitivity and specificity of NGAL for the diagnosis DN were respectively 63.2% and 89.5%, while those of SAA were 83.1% and 51.4%. Conclusion Serum levels of NGAL and SAA can serve as monitoring indexes for DN.
