摘要 燃油测量系统报自检故障影响直升机的正常工作和飞行员的飞行安全,通过对“燃油系统报自检故障”的产生机理和原因进行分析,得出该故障是燃油测量计算机的电源模块引起的误报状态信息所致,针对该问题对燃油测量计算机的软件进行优化改进,将故障代码上报的上报机制进行了改进,使得“每次打开燃油测量系统开关,燃油系统报自检故障”的问题得到了彻底的解决。 The fuel measurement system reports that the sell-test failure affects the normal operation of the helicopter and the pilot's flight safety. Through the analysis of the mechanism and causes of the "fuel system failure report self-test", it is concluded that the fuel measurement computer's power module caused false positive status information. As a result, the software of the fuel measurement computer was optimized and improved for this problem, and the reporting mechanism for the reporting of fault codes was improved, so that the problem of" every time the fuel measurement system was switched on and the fuel system reported a self-test failure" was completely solved.
