中小学信息技术教学应用效果区域比较研究——以东、中、西部部分省会城市学校为例 被引量:14

Study on Regional Comparison of ICT Application Effect in Primary and Secondary Schools—A Case Study on Provincial Capital from East Region, Central Region and West Region

摘要 《教育信息化2.0行动计划》的出台标志着中国的教育信息化建设走向了新时代,但是各地人口分布不均衡、经济发展不平衡使得我国中小学信息技术教学应用仍处于不均衡状态。该研究通过对东部、中部和西部部分省会城市学校教师信息技术教学应用状况的调查与分析,为信息化教学资源合理分配进而缩小这种差距提供依据。该研究首先了解信息技术教学应用现状,建立中小学信息技术教学应用效果评价指标体系;对东部、中部、西部部分省会城市各9所学校共1309名教师展开问卷调查,对各指标进行独立样本T检验实现区域间的两两比较,运用专家评定法确定各项指标权重、简单线性加权法计算各项指标取值、生产函数评估各学校及区域信息技术教学应用效果,发现信息技术教学应用效果东部>西部>中部,旨在为教育部门制定信息化教学提升策略提供支持。 The introduction of the Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan marks that China's education informatization construction has moved to a new era. However, the uneven distribution of population and imbalanced regional economic development have directly caused the unbalanced ICT application in primary and secondary schools in China. In order to provide support for reasonably allocation of informatization teaching resources and then narrow the gap of the development of regional ICT teaching, this study conducted a survey of ICT application in primary and secondary schools in part of provincial capital in eastern, central and western regions and made regional comparison. Firstly, the study understands the status quo of ICT application and establishes an evaluation index system for ICT application effect in primary and secondary schools. A total of 1309 teachers from 9 schools respectively in part of provincial capital in eastern, central and western regions were surveyed. Independent sample T-test was conducted to compare each of the indicators between two of the regions, the expert evaluation method is used to determine the weights of various indicators, and the simple linear weighting method is used to assess the ICT application in schools and regions. The research finds that the ICT application effect of the east region gets highest and central region gets lowest. The research results hope to provide effective strategies for relevant government departments to support the effective regional ICT application.
