摘要
为解决烟草行业科技成果信息不对称、共享难的问题,基于B/S架构,遵循J2EE规范设计并实现烟草科技成果共享服务平台。平台实现科技成果的展示、供需匹配、在线评估、交易及跟踪等功能,为烟草行业科研人员提供科技成果信息共享的窗口,打通烟草行业科技成果转化的通道。测试结果表明,该平台能够满足科研人员查询掌握烟草行业已有科技成果信息,通过成果交易促进成果转化等需求。该平台的应用可以提高烟草行业科技成果的共享水平和科技成果资源的利用率。
In order to solve the problem of information asymmetry and difficult sharing of scientific and technological achievements in the tobacco industry, this paper designed and implemented a tobacco scientific and technological achievement sharing service platform based on B/S structure and J2EE specification. The platform achieved the display of scientific and technological achievements, matching of supply and demand, online assessment, trading and tracking, etc. It provided researchers in tobacco industry a window for sharing of scientific and technological achievements, and opened up channels for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the tobacco industry. The test results show that the platform can meet the needs of researchers to master the existing scientific and technological achievements in the tobacco industry, and promote the transformation of achievements through the trading of achievements. The platform can improve the sharing and the utilization of scientific and technological achievements in the tobacco industry.
