摘要
黑匣子实验及模拟加热炉实验表明,加热炉两侧加热能力不同、下炉气加热能力不足、水印点温度过低、司炉温度过高、炉温波动过大是造成无取向硅钢出炉温度不均、热轧厚度及冷轧铁损波动等问题的主要原因。通过采取定期对炉内热电偶进行校准、提高下炉气加热能力、延长在炉时间、降低司炉温度等措施,有效提高了无取向硅钢加热的均匀性。
The heating conditions of the furnace for non oriented silicon steels were investigated by using black box experiment and simulation.The results showed that the main reasons for the uneven temperature of the non oriented silicon steel slab and the fluctuation of the hot rolling thickness and cold rolling iron loss were caused by the heating capacity on both sides and lower furnace gas of the heating furnace were not enough,and the temperature of the watermark was too low as well as the temperature and fluctuation of the furnace was too high.The uniformity of the non oriented silicon steel heating was effectively improved by calibrating regularly the thermocouple in the furnace,and improving the heating capacity of the lower furnace gas,and prolonging the heating time and reducing the furnace temperature.
