摘要
目的研究老年骨性关节炎接受中医骨科康复治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析该院于2016年1月—2017年12月收治的110例老年骨性关节炎患者,随机分为55例观察组、55例对照组,分别接受中医骨科康复治疗、常规应用尼美舒利治疗,比较治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为94.55%,对照组治疗后总有效率为74.55%(χ~2=4.638 2,P=0.017 0);观察组治疗后腰椎功能、颈椎功能、膝关节功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗2周、4周后VAS评分为(3.82±0.29)分、(2.30±0.33)分,均低于对照组(5.80±0.53)分、(4.82±0.67)分(t=3.962 5,4.221 6,P=0.000 0,0.000 0)。结论中医骨科康复治疗老年骨性关节炎能够更明显减轻疼痛,提升患者生活质量,可在临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Orthopedic Osteoarthritis in the rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics. Methods A retrospective analysis of 110 patients with senile osteoarthritis admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 was randomly divided into 55 case in observation group and 55 case in control group. They were treated with traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic rehabilitation and routine application nimesulide treatment, compare the treatment effect. Results The total effective rate was 94.559o in the observation group and 74.55% in the con- trol group （X2=4.638 2, P=0.017 0）. The lumbar function, cervical function and knee function score were higher in the ob- servation group than in the observation group（P〈0.05）; the VAS scores of the observation group were （3.82±0.29） points and （2.30_±0.33） points after 2 weeks and 4 weeks, which were lower than the control group （5.80±0.53） points and （4.82±0.67） points （t=3.962 5, 4.221 6, P =0.0000, 0.0000）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic rehabilitation for the treatment of senile osteoarthritis can significantly reduce pain and improve the quality of life of patients, which can be promoted in clinic.
