油田注水管网问题诊断及节能潜力预测

摘要 油田注水管网普遍存在效率低、能耗高的问题。建立了油田注水管网仿真数学模型,在对注水管网进行简化的基础上,编制了地面注水管网仿真诊断优化评价软件。以某油田区块注水管网的实际生产数据为例,利用该软件对其注水管网进行了仿真计算及工况诊断分析。结果表明,软件模型准确可靠,可对注水井及其管网的工况进行诊断分析,发现了现有管网在运行过程中存在的问题,提出优化改造方案,通过对实际管网的优化应用,注水管网改造后注水系统效率可从43.7%提高到46.5%。 Generally, the oilfield water injection network has low efficiency and high energy consumption. Based on the simplification of water injection network, the simulation mathematical model of oilfield water injection network is established, and the ground water injection network simulation diagnosis and optimization software is compiled. The simulation calculation and working condition diagnosis of the water injection network in an oilfield, the are carried out by using the software. The results show that the simulation model is accurate and reliable, and the corresponding software can be used to diagnose the working conditions of water injection wells and their pipeline networks, find out the existing problems in the operation process of the pipeline network, and put forward the optimized transformation scheme. Through the optimization of the actual pipeline network, the efficiency of the water injection pipeline network system can be increased from 43.7% to 46.5%.
