摘要
胶原是人体主要的结构蛋白，在伤El愈合过程中具有重要作用。以胶原为原料的材料因其天然的止血性、良好的生物相容性、较低的免疫原性及可控的生物降解性等性能，备受人们关注。本文主要介绍了胶原类创面材料的特点、作为支架材料和创面覆盖物应用的机制，并就其临床适应证、推荐使用方法、禁忌证以及注意事项等形成较为规范、统一的专家共识，以帮助临床医师和患者正确认识并合理使用胶原类创面材料。
human body, plays Collagen, as the main structural protein in an important role in the wound healing process. Due to their inherent hemostatic characteristics, good biocompatibility, low immunogenicity, as well as controllable biodegradability, collagen-based materials have attracted much attention. In this article, we mainly introduce the characteristics of collagen-based wound biomaterials and the application mecha-nism as scaffold and wound dressing. And the standard and uni-fied experts＇ consensus formed on the clinical indications, rec-ommended applications, contraindications, and matters needing attention. The consensus wound help clinicians and patients to recognize collagen-based wound biomaterials correctly and use them rationally.
