摘要
目的评价右美托咪定与罗哌卡因在老年性眼内容摘除术的临床效果。方法对36例（36眼）视力丧失患者行保留角膜的眼内容摘除术，术前10-15min给予右美托咪定1．0μg／kg及生理盐水100ml混合液静脉滴注。结果手术过程中生命体征平稳，与医师对答良好，很好配合手术。术后义眼活动度良好。结论右美托咪定镇静剂行老年性眼内容摘除术安全有效，痛苦小。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Dexmedetomidine and Ropivacaine in evisceration of eyeball in the elderly. Methods A total of 36 eyes of 36 patients with blind underwent evisceration of eyeball with corneal retention. All cases received Dexmedetomidine 1.0μg/kg and 0.9% Nacl 100ml mixture IV drip 10-15 min preoperatively. Results Vital signs of all cases were stable during surgery. All cases answered well with the doctor and cooperated with surgery. The motion of prosthetic eyes was well. Conclusion Application of Dexmedetomidine during evisceration of eyeball in the elderly is safe and effective with less pain.
