摘要 北京地铁16号线起点–北安河站区间地下初支连拱二衬独立式区间结构隧道施工中,考虑结构特点和施工方法,从测量放线、控制中隔壁位置、控制洞身开挖尺寸、钢架安装精度、锁脚锚管(杆)、喷射混凝土强度、背后回填注浆等方面制定施工质量控制要点,保证了结构稳定和施工安全。 Considering the structural characteristics and construction method of underground initial support multi-arch secondary lining independent interval structure tunnel of Beianhe Station, which is the origin station of Beijing subway line 16, key points for construction quality control were established on the aspects of measuring line paying off, middle wall position control, hole excavation size control, steel frame installation accuracy, end locking anchor pipe (rod), sprayed concrete strength, rear backfill grouting. Structural stability and construction safety were successfully guaranteed.
