线控转向系统路感模拟及硬件在环仿真试验 被引量:4

摘要 线控转向(steer-by-wire,SBW)系统由于取消了转向盘与转向轮之间的部分机械连接,需要对路感进行模拟设计。文章通过分析路感的影响因素,对路感进行了设计;基于LabVIEW PXI平台搭建了线控转向系统路感模拟硬件在环仿真平台,选取双纽线试验和中心区特性试验进行了硬件在环仿真试验。试验结果表明,该文提出的路感模拟方法能够给驾驶员提供良好的路感,满足汽车低速行驶时转向轻便和高速行驶时路感清晰的要求,搭建的硬件在环仿真平台可以方便地用于线控转向系统的研发。 Due to the cancellation of part of the mechanical linkages between the steering wheel and the front wheels in the steer-by-wire(SBW) system, there is a need of the simulation design of road feel. In this paper, the factors influencing the road feel are analyzed and the road feel is designed. The hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform for SBW system is built on the basis of LabVIEW PXI platform, and the lemniscate test and on center performance test are carried out. The results show that the proposed simulation method can provide the driver with good road feel, which can satisfy the needs of steering portability at low speed and clear road feel at high speed. And the simulation platform can be used to develop the SBW system conveniently.
