摘要
本文介绍了循证药学的基本概念、证据分级以及实施方法 ,并系统论述了其在临床药学各主要环节中的应用价值,包括临床用药干预工作、药物不良反应监测工作、药学咨询服务及药物经济学评价等方面的应用情况,说明循证药学思想能够突破传统药学方法的局限性,优化传统的药学实践,较为客观科学地解决药学问题,是今后药学工作发展的必然趋势。本文旨在为临床药师更好地熟悉和掌握循证药学基本思想和方法提供一定的参考与指导。
This paper introduces the basic concepts, evidence classification and implementation methods of evidence-based pharmacy, and elaborates its application value in clinical pharmacy, including clinical drug intervention, adverse drug reaction monitoring, pharmacy counseling service and pharmacoeconomics. The evidence-based pharmacy thought can break through the limitations of traditional pharmacy methods, optimize the pharmacy practice, solve problems of pharmacy more objectively and scientifically, which is the inevitable trend of the future development of pharmacy. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference and guidance for the clinical pharmacists to better understand and master the basic ideas and methods of evidence-based pharmacy.
