非白血病性肥大细胞白血病1例并文献复习 被引量：3

摘要 肥大细胞白血病（mast cell leukemia,MCL）是系统性肥大细胞增生症（systemic mastocytosis,SM）的一种少见亚型,其可原发或继发于系统性肥大细胞增生症,占比不到系统性肥大细胞增生症的1%[1]。根据最新的2016年版WHO血液和淋巴组织肿瘤分类标准,该病的诊断需满足：系统性肥大细胞增生症的标准、骨髓活检示未成熟或非典型肥大细胞浸润以及骨髓涂片中肥大细胞占有核细胞的比例〉20%[2]。
