RDS大鼠KLF2转录因子和甲状腺素水平相关性研究

Correlation between KLF2 transcription factors and thyroxine levels in respiratory distress syndrome rats

摘要 目的探讨KLF2转录因子在RDS大鼠肺组织的表达以及与甲状腺素水平的关系,为肺泡表面活性物质治疗不敏感的NRDS提供可能的理论依据。方法注射油酸建立的RDS大鼠模型为研究组,分别于注射后3 h、18 h、24 h用电化学发光法检测血清甲状腺素水平,用Western blot法检测肺组织中KLF2蛋白的表达,并与非RDS大鼠做对照。结果油酸3 h组、18 h组中的血清FT4与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01);油酸3 h组中T4与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01);油酸18 h组中T4与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。肺组织中的KLF2蛋白量表达油酸3 h组与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05),而18 h组、24 h组与正常对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论呼吸窘迫综合症与血清甲状腺素水平、KLF2蛋白的表达有相关性,FT4、T4与KLF2有相关性。 Objective To investigate the expression of KLF2 transcription factor in lung tissue of RDS rats and its relationship with thy- roxine level. Methods The RDS rats models ( study group) induced by injecting acid were detected the serum level of thyroxine by Electro- chemiluminescence after injection 3 h, 18 h, 24 h, and the expression of KLF2 protein in lung tissue was tested by Western blot, non-liDS rats were as contral group. Results The serum levels of FT4, T4 were significant differences between 3 h, 18 h study groups and normal groups (P〈0. 01, P〈0. 05 ). The expression of KLF2 protein in lung tissue was significantly difl'erent between the 3 h study group and control group, and there were no significant differences between the 18 h, 24 h study groups and control groups. Conclusion Respiratory distress syndrome is related to the serum levels of thyroxine and KLF2 protein, and FF4, I"4 is related to KLF2.
