摘要
目的观察经痛愈舒颗粒联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMT)患者的临床效果,旨在为此类患者临床用药选择提供参考。方法选取2015年12月-2016年12月应城市人民医院收治的122例EMT患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组每组各61例,其中对照组给予米非司酮治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合经痛愈舒颗粒治疗。观察两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、症状体征积分,检测黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(P)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)以及血清抗子宫内膜抗体(EMAb)、癌抗原125 (CA125)水平,并统计不良反应发生率情况。结果研究组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0. 05);治疗后两组VAS、症状体征积分显著低于治疗前(P <0. 05),且研究组显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后两组LH、P、FSH、E2水平显著低于对照组(P<0. 05),且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0. 05);治疗后两组血清EMAb、CA125水平显著低于治疗前(P<0. 05),且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0. 05);研究组不良反应发生率稍低于对照组(P>0. 05)。结论经痛愈舒颗粒联合米非司酮能够有效改善EMT患者性激素和血清EMAb、CA125水平,提高临床疗效。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jingtongyushu granule combined with mifepristone in treating endometriosis （EMT） patients. Methods 122 patients with EMT were randomly divided into study group and control group, 61 cases in each group. The control group was given mifepristone, and the study group was given mifepristone combined with Jingtongyushu granule. The clinical efficacy, pain degree, symptoms and signs scores were observed, the levels of luteinizing hormone （LH）, progesterone （P）, follicle stimulating hormone （FSH）, estrogen （E2）, EMAb and CA125 were detected, and the incidence of adverse reactions were counted in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 91.80% , which was significantly higher than that of the control group （78.69% , P〈0. 05） . After treatment, VAS, symptoms and signs scores were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups （ P〈0. 05 ）, and those in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0. 05） . After treatment, the LH, P, FSH and E2 levels were significantly lower than those of before treatment in the two groups （P〈0. 05 ）, and those in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0. 05 ） . After treatment, serum EMAb and CA125 levels were significant- ly lower than those of before treatment in the two groups （P〈0. 05 ） , and those in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P〈0. 05 ） . The incidence of side effects in the study group was 9. 84% , which was slightly lower than that of the control group （ 13.11% P〉0. 05 ） . Conclusion Jingtongyushu granule combined with mifepristone could effectively improve sex hormone and serum EMAb and CA125 levels of patients with EMT, and improve clinical efficacy.
