摘要
本装置是设计规模为200万吨/年的重整装置,2017年,再生单元催化剂由标准密度重整催化剂R-234更换为高密度的重整催化剂R-264,本文主要对两种催化剂的结构性能,装填量等参数进行了对比。对新催化剂的工艺性能标定情况进行了分析,归纳了装置出现的问题:再生热停车时,分离料斗氯吸附区出口温度高;待生催化剂积碳速率变快,碳含量偏高。分析了产生上述问题的原因。为其它装置推广应用R-264提供了宝贵经验。
The unit is a reforming unit with a scale of 2 million tons/year. In 2017, the regenerative unit catalyst was replaced from standard density reforming catalyst R-234 to a high-density reforming catalyst R-264. Their structural performance, loading amount and other parameters were compared. The process pereormance calibration of the new catalyst was analyzed, and the problems occmTed in the device were summarized. The outlet temperature of the chlorine adsorption zone of the separation hopper was high when the regeneration stopped. The carbon deposition rate of the catalyst to be produced became faster and the carbon content was higher. The reasons for the above problems were analyzed. It provided valuable experience in promoting the application of R-264 for other devices.
