摘要 综述了船舶发动机尾气脱硫技术的研究现状,结合实船条件及政策法规对降低船舶尾气硫氧化物排放量的方法进行了比较,发现通过燃烧低硫油来降低尾气硫氧化物排放量最简单便捷,不需要安装体积庞大的洗涤塔,没有污染性液体外排,可以和脱硝主流工艺SCR匹配实现船舶尾气脱硫脱硝。随着低硫油产量的增加及价格的下降,燃烧低硫油将是船舶尾气减少硫氧化物排放量的发展趋势。 The researeh progress on desulfurization technologies of ship engine exhaust gas was reviewed, and the methods for reducing sulfur oxides emissions from ship exhaust gas were compared in combination with actual ship conditions, policies and regulations. It was found that using burning low-sulfur oil to reduce sulfur oxides emissions of ship exhaust gas was the simplest and most convenient method. It didn't need to install a large scrubber, had no contaminated liquid effluent, and could be matched with the prevailing denitrification process (SCR) to achieve desulfurization and denitrification of ship exhaust gas. With the increase of the production and the decrease of price of low-sulfur oil, the combustion of low-sulfur oil will be the development direction of the reduction of sulfur oxides emissions from marine exhaust gas.
