摘要
目的:建立麻甘止咳口服液质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对麻甘止咳口服液中麻黄、黄芩、大黄进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对麻甘止咳口服液中黄芩苷进行含量测定,色谱柱:Wondasial C_(18)柱(280 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-乙腈-0.2%磷酸(18∶18∶64),流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长:280 nm,柱温:30℃,进样量:10μl。结果:TLC斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰。黄芩苷在进样浓度23.00~230.00μg·ml^(-1)范围内峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.15%,RSD=0.62%(n=6)。结论:该方法简单,准确,重复性好,可作为麻甘止咳口服液质量控制的方法。
Objective: To establish the quality standard for Magan Zhike oral liquid. Methods: TLC was used to qualitatively identify Ephedra, Radix Scutellariae and Rhubarb in Magan Zhike oral liquid ; HPLC was used to determine the content of baicalin on a Wondasil C18 (280 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) analytical column with the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 ml·min^-1 in a gradient elution the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm, and the column temperature was 30. Results: The TLC spots were clear and well-separated without any negative interference. The peak area of baicalin within the range of 23.00-230.00 μg·ml^-1 was linear (r = 0. 999 9) ,the average recovery was 99.15%, and the RSD was 0.62% (n = 6). Conclu- sion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Magan Zhike oral liquid.
