摘要
目的探讨超声乳化术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者的治疗效果。方法将80例闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者随机分为2组,对照组患者给予白内障囊外摘出术,观察组患者予以白内障超声乳化术。比较2组患者围术期相关参数、围术期并发症与远期预后。结果观察组患者治疗后6个月最佳矫正视力、眼压与房角粘连范围(PAS)水平均显著低于对照组,中央前房深度(ACD)、房角开放距离(AOD500)、小梁虹膜角(TIA)与小梁睫状体距离(TCPD)水平均显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组躯体功能、心理健康、社会功能、情感职能与总体健康评分均显著高于对照组(P <0. 01);观察组总体并发症发生率7. 50%,显著低于对照组20. 00%(P <0. 05)。结论超声乳化术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障效果显著。
Objective stigate the effect of phacoemulsification on treating patients with closed-angle glaucoma and cataract. Methods Totally 80 patients with closed-angle glaucoma and cataract were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group received extracapsular cataract extraction, while patients in the observation group were treated with cataract phacoemulsification. Perioperative parameters, perioperative complications and long-term prognosis were compared between two groups. Results After six months of treatment, the best corrected visual acuity, intraocular pressure and angle adhesion range （PAS） of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, while the central anterior chamber depth （ACD）, angle opening distance （AOD 500）, trabecular iris angle （TIA） and trabeculociliary body distance （TCPD） were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈0.05）. The scores of physical function, mental health, social function, emotional function and general health in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈0.01）. The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 7.50%, which was significantly lower than 20.00% in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Phacoemulsification is effective in treatment of patients with closed-angle glaucoma and cataract.
