从专业教育到职业发展——城市设计全周期教育模式构想

摘要 城市设计肩负城市空间品质提升的使命,成为当下业界关注的焦点之一。城市设计教育是学科建设和人才培养的基础工程,必须顺应当前城市发展的历史潮流,加强从专业教育到职业培养的体系建设,培养适应当前行业需要、特色与综合兼备的城市设计专业人才。学科教育应该转变思维,实现从孤立的"后"职业阶段的专业教育向全周期、全流程的职业发展模式的转变。本文通过对城市设计学科发展的回顾、国内教育问题的剖析,以及国际专业教育的经验借鉴,构建了全周期、多途径的职业发展培养体系,为城市设计教育和人才培养提供借鉴和参考。 Undertaking the positive role of improving urban spatial quality, urban design has attracted the greatest focus from the industry. The education on urban design is the basic of discipline construction and talent cultivation. Corresponding to the current trend of urban development, it is necessary to reinforce the system construction of professional education and career development, and cultivate the professional talents with distinctive nature and integrated capabilities suitable for current industry needs. The education on urban design should change its thinking methods, from the professional education isolated in "post" professional phase to the systematic education model for career development with full cycle and integral procedures. Based on the review of urban design development and analysis of educational issues in China, the paper takes the experiences of international professional education as reference to construct the cultivation system of career development with full cycle and available paths., expecting to provide reference for the education on urban design and talent cultivation.
