摘要
通过文献资料法、数理统计与逻辑分析法、系统法对学校教育指导思想目标和体育教学目标进行梳理,对影响高校体育教育发展的主要"文化软实力"因素进行分析。树立社会主义价值观,转变高校体育教育的指导思想,明确高校体育文化的指导思想及价值目标,探索构建高校体育教育教学目标、社会适应目标和思想精神目标,在此基础上分析优化资源配置,提高高校体育教育管理水平,加强课程内涵建设。提出以"生活化"为主要特征的体育文化建设思路,构建高校高质量体育教学平台和公共体育服务平台,把社会主义核心价值观落实到体育教学和管理的各环节中,为学生生活和健康提供高质量的服务。
Through the literature material method, mathematical statistics and logic analysis method, systematic method, this paper sorts out the education guiding ideology and sports teaching objectives of the university, and analyzes the main ＂cultural soft power＂ factors that influencing the development of college physical education. Establishing the socialist values, transforming the guiding ideology of college physical education, clarifying the guiding ideology and value objectives of college sports culture, exploring the construction of education teaching objectives, social adaptation goals and ideological and spiritual goals for college sports, on this basis of analysis to optimize the allocation of resources, improve the management level of physical education in colleges, and strengthen the construction of curriculum connotation. This paper puts forward the idea of sports culture construction characterized by life, constructing high-quality sports teaching platform and public sports serlice platform universities, putting the socialist core values into all aspects of physical education and management, and providing the high- quality of life and health services for students.
