摘要
目的探讨医护一体化在Enterprise支架辅助栓塞颅内宽颈动脉瘤治疗中的应用效果。方法对38例行Enterprise支架辅助栓塞颅内宽颈动脉瘤治疗的病人进行随机分组,对照组采用传统护理,观察组采用医护一体化治疗,观察对比两组的实施效果。结果在平均住院日、满意度、并发症的发生率的数据显示上,观察组均优于对照组。结论在Enterprise支架辅助栓塞颅内宽颈动脉瘤治疗中推行医护一体化有确切效果,值得推荐。
Objective To explore the application effect of medical integration in the treatment of intracranial wide-necked aneurysm with Enterprise stent-assisted embolization. Methods 38 patients with intracranial wide-necked aneurysm embolized with an Enterprise stent were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with traditional nursing. The observation group was treated with integrated medical care. The effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results The average length of stay, satisfaction, the incidence of complications data show that the observation group were better than the control group. Conclusion In the treatment of intracranial wide necked aneurysms with Enterprise stent assisted embolization, the implementation of medical and nursing integration is effective and worthy of recommendation.
