新生儿听觉反应调查报告 被引量：2

摘要 对３０１２名新生儿进行了听觉反应检查，其中有听觉反应者２９９１名（９９．３％），无反应者６名（０．２％），反应迟钝者１５名（０．５％）。无反应者中有４名随访半年，均在１５天内出现听觉反应；另２名一直无听觉反应，追踪３年以上，多次作声导抗检查，双侧均引不出声反射，诊断为先天性聋（０．６６％）。从而提示：正常新生儿在不同分娩方式下，都能引出听觉反应，通过比较，无显著性差异。
