摘要
市面上大部分的女性洗剂品种,其主要有效成分之一是黄柏中的盐酸小檗碱。为确定盐酸小檗碱提取纯化新工艺,并建立严格的控制质量体系,本论文的研究内容主要为:确定黄柏药材中与该女性洗液中(市面有售)盐酸小檗碱高效液相色谱分析方法;取得相应实验结果。
One of the main active ingredients in the market for female lotion is berberine hydrochloride in Phellodendron chinense. In order to determine the new extraction and purification process of berberine hydrochloride and establish a strict control quality system,the main content of this thesis is to determine the high performance liquid chromatography of berberine hydrochloride in the medicinal materials of Phellodendron chinense and the female lotion. Analytical method;obtain the corresponding experimental results.
