2-甲基吡嗪-5-羧酸的制备工艺优化

摘要 2-甲基吡嗪-5-羧酸是医药行业较为常见的药物中间体,文章采用高锰酸钾直接氧化法制备2-甲基吡嗪-5-羧酸,并通过单因素试验确定了最佳制备工艺:反应温度为90℃,反应时间3 h,高锰酸钾与原料2,5-二甲基吡嗪用量比例为3.0。 2-methyl pyrazine-5-carboxylic acid is a common drug intermediate in the pharmaceutical industry.2-methyl pyrazine-5-carboxylic acid was prepared by direct oxidation of Potassium Permanganate,and the optimum preparation process was determined by single factor test.The reaction temperature was 90,reaction time was 3 h,and the proportion of Potassium Permanganate and raw material 2,5-two methyl pyrazine was 3.
