PBL教学模式在麻醉学专业临床实习中的研究与实践 被引量:5

The Research of PBL Model on the Effect of Teaching in Clinical Anesthesiology Internship

摘要 目的探讨PBL教学模式在麻醉学专业实习教学中的效果。方法 2016年9月—2017年7月麻醉学专业实习学生为研究对象,分为试验组(n=33)与对照组(n=30),分别采用PBL教学和传统教学模式。实习结束后,通过问卷调查和成绩考核对教学效果进行主观与客观评价。结果两组实习学生的一般情况和基础成绩无明显差异。亚专科实习病例及病例总数无显著差异。两组实习学生的理论考试成绩无显著差异。病例分析考核成绩,实验组为(82.35±4.87)分,对照组为(80.19±3.60)分,两组差异有统计学意义,P﹤0.05,实验组高于对照组,主要集中在对病例的总体处理及与外科和手术室护士的沟通协调能力两方面。学生对临床实习教学工作问卷调查,实验组满意度为90.90%(30/33),对照组为76.67%(23/30),满意度两组比较差异有统计学意义,P﹤0.05。结论麻醉学专业实习中采用PBL教学法,有利于学生形成完整的临床思维,锻炼沟通协调能力,达到良好的教学效果。 Objective To discuss the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) in clinical anesthesiology internship. Methods A total of 63 interns in Dalian Medical University were assigned to the PBL group ( n=33 ) and the control group ( n=30 ) based on the student ID number. The PBL group adopted PBL teaching method, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method. All the students have the same terminal examination, case analysis evaluation and questionnaire at the end of the internship. Result There was no statistical difference in general states and the cases during the internship. They have similar scores in the terminal examination, but there were difference in the case analysis evaluation, the PBL group has higher score, P 〈 0.05. The main reason lies in the management during operation and communication with the surgeons and nurses. The result of questionnaire show statistically significant too, indicated that the PBL group was more satisfied with the teaching course and the teaching result. Conclusion PBL was suitable for clinical teaching of anesthesia, especially in the management during operation and communication with the surgeons and nurses.
