摘要
为了降低试验成本并利于普及和推广,笔者设计了一种实用的智能驻车制动性能检测仪。首先根据驻车性能检测仪的工作原理,设计了智能驻车性能检测仪的整机;其次通过牵引力的计算对牵引电机进行了选型,并确定了减速机构蜗轮蜗杆的结构;再次设计了执行机构的牵引丝杠的结构并对其进行了强度校核;最后设计了牵引升降平台机构。指出这种智能驻车制动性能检测仪受外界环境的影响较小,测试结果比较可靠,对汽车制动性能的检测具有重要意义。
In order to reduce the test cost and promote the popularization, this paper designs a practical and intelligent parking brake performance tester. Firstly, according to the working principle of parking brake performance tester, the whole machine is designed. Secondly, the traction motor is selected through the calculation of traction force, and the structure of worm wheel and worm of deceleration mechanism is determined. Thirdly, the structure of traction screw of actuator is designed and its strength is checked. Then the traction lifting platform mechanism is designed. It is pointed out that the intelligent parking brake performance tester is less affected by the external environment, and the test results are reliable, which is of great sig- nificance to the detection of vehicle braking performance.
