摘要
建设现代化经济体系是党的十九大基于新时代中国国情所提出的伟大战略构想,是顺应以人民为中心的发展思想的战略行动。本文通过深入阐述中国现代经济体系建设的基本内涵,强调坚持以人民为中心等四个原则,并以供给侧结构性改革为主线进行生产力体系建设,以改革和开放为主线进行生产关系体系建设,搭建中国现代化经济体系建设的基本框架。
Building a modernized economic system is a great strategic blueprint drawn in the CPC Nineteenth Na- tional Congress based on the national conditions of China in the new era, and it is a strategic action conforming to the philosophy of people - centric development. This paper deeply interprets the basic connotation of the con- struction of a modernized economic system and insists that the four principles including people - centrism be fol- lowed, the supply - side structural reform be conducted for building the productivity system, and the reform and opening - up be continued for building the production relationship system, so as to build up the basic framework for the construction of a modernized economic system in China.
