摘要
为了防止斜沟煤矿18205工作面上隅角瓦斯积聚,提出气动风机来解决上隅角瓦斯聚集的新方法。运用Fluent软件数值模拟在风机的影响下,上隅角和工作面的瓦斯速度、瓦斯压力、瓦斯浓度的分布规律。模拟结果表明:瓦斯运移速度、瓦斯浓度沿工作面走向依次增大,瓦斯压力沿工作面倾向依次增大。根据模拟结果,将气动风机安装在18205工作面153号架上,启动风机后上隅角瓦斯浓度分别在检修班和生产班同比无风机治理时减小10%和20%,证明气动风机能够很好的防止上隅角瓦斯积聚,确保安全生产。
To prevent the concentration of gas at the upper corner of 18205 Working Face in Xiegou Coal Mine, the paper proposes a new method to solve this issue by using pneumatic fan. By using Fluent to conduct numerical simulation, the distribution rules of gas migration rate, gas pressure and methane concentration under the influence of the fan are gained. According to the simulation result, the pneumatic fan is installed in No. 153 Shelf of 18205 Working Face, and the gas concentration at the upper corner reduce by respectively 10% and 20% compared with those without the fan during the maintenance and production periods. It is proved that the pneumatic fan could help to prevent the accumulation of gas at the upper corner and guarantee the safety production.
