摘要
针对大庆油田杏北开发区试验区正韵律厚油层葡Ⅰ33单元下部水淹严重且上部剩余油富集的问题,运用数值模拟方法,解释了水平段沿程损失的影响,并对水平井的相关参数(水平井水平段长度、水平井井距、错开距离、井轨迹等)进行了优化设计,得到能够进行有效开发的水平井三元复合驱的合理布井方式。将成果应用于试验区,研究结果表明:在水平段长度为300 m、注采井距为200 m、井间交错为100 m情况下,将注入井部署在厚油层中部、采油井部署于厚油层顶部时阶段采出程度可达23. 71%。研究成果对改善正韵律厚油层水平井三元复合驱布井具有重要的指导意义。
The development of the positive rhythm thick oil reservoir of the Lower Unit Pu-I3_3 in the Xingbei pilot area of Daqing Oilfield is characterized by heavy flooding in the lower part and high remaining oil saturation in the upper part. Numerical simulation is used to identify the influence of linear loss along the lateral section. The lateral length, horizontal well spacing, displacement distance, well trajectory and other horizontal well parameters are opti- mized to determine the optimal well pattern for ASP flooding. Application in the pilot area indicates that the oil re- covery degree could reach 23.71% when the lateral length is 300 m, the injection-production well spacing is 200 m, the inter-well displacement distance is 100 m, the injection well is deployed in the central part of the thick oil reservoir and the production well is deployed at the top of the thick oil reservoir. This research could provide certain guidance for improving the horizontal well deployment in the positive rhythm thick oil reservoir during ASP flooding.
