VR\AR技术联合SP辅助机动卫勤分队灾害救援模拟训练的思考 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨混合运用虚拟现实(virtual reality,vR)或增强现实(augmented reality,AR)技术与标准化患者(standardized patient,SP)模拟训练手段提升机动卫勤分队应急灾害救援能力。方法在分析当前机动卫勤分队灾害救援模拟训练面临的问题基础上,设计一套基于虚拟现实技术的环境适应训练、基于标准化伤员的核心救治能力培训和基于现实增强技术与标准化伤员的联合模拟训练程序和“单兵-分组-分队”序贯性模拟训练方法。结果混合运用VR/AR技术与sP辅助灾害救援模拟训练,能够极大节约训练成本,显著提升训练效益,丰富训练手段和内容,提高救援模拟训练的针对性。结论混合运用VR/AR技术与sP模拟训练手段有助于提升机动卫勤分队应急灾害救援能力。 Objective To explore the mixed application of a variety of simulation training methods, such as virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) technology and standardized patient (SP) to enhance the emergency disaster rescue capability of mobile health team. Methods Based on the analysis of the problems faced by mobile health teams in disaster relief simulation training, Design a simulation training program based on virtual reality technology for environmental adaptation training, based on SP for core rescue ability training, based on both AR and SP for mixed training, and a "individual- group-team " sequential simulation training methods. Results Using VR/AR technology combined with SP-assisted disaster rescue simulation training can greatly save training costs, significantly increase training effectiveness, enrich training methods and content, and improve the targeted training of rescue simulation. Conclusion The combination of VP/AR technology and SP simulation training methods will help improve the emergency disaster rescue capability of the mobile health team.
