嵌顿疝并发大面积网膜扭转梗死一例 被引量：5

摘要 目的对大网膜扭转梗死的发病机制、诊断及治疗方法进行探讨。方法上海交通大学附属第一人民医院收治了1例嵌顿疝合并大网膜梗死病例,对其临床资料进行了回顾性分析。结果该病人积极保守治疗无效,再次行腹部CT检查后,急诊行腹腔镜探查术,术中行嵌顿疝松解、大网膜切除,术后恢复良好。术后3个月再行腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术。结论腹股沟疝合并大网膜扭转是普外科罕见的急腹症,B超和CT检查提高了诊断率,腹腔镜手术不仅在诊断上具有极大的优势,同时可开展有效治疗。但是否行Ⅰ期疝修补术,仍应视具体情况而定。
