摘要
对超高效液相色谱串联质谱和高效液相色谱法测定水源水中甲萘威的方法进行了比较。在一定浓度范围内,两种方法测定水中甲萘威均得到了良好的标准工作曲线;超高效液相色谱串联质谱和高效液相色谱法测定水源水中甲萘威的检出限分别为0.08μg/L和0.30μg/L,均符合《地表水环境质量标准》的要求;精密度也均符合实验方法要求;两种方法测定实际水样中的甲萘威,加标回收率分别为96.7%-103%和87.3%-88.6%,相对偏差分别为1.0%-2.0%和1.7%-2.8%。
This paper set up a comparision of determination of carbaryl in surface water by ultra high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadropole mass spectrometry and high performance liquid chromatography. In a certain concentration range, the standard working curve linear of the two methods were all good. The instrument detection limits of two methods were 0.08μg/L and 0.30μg/L, which were in line with the " Envi- ronmental quality standards for surface water " . The precision experiments also met the requirement of the ex- periment method. The recoveries of two methods for determination of carbaryl in real water samples were 96.7- 103% and 87.3%-88.6%. The relative deviations of two methods were 1.0%-2.0% and 1.7%-2.8%.
