摘要
船体构件装焊过程中产生的焊接残余应力不仅会降低船体焊接结构件的性能 ,还会使得船体建造精度不易控制 ,从而最终影响到船舶的建造质量 ,因而有必要采取一些有效的控制措施。本文介绍了船舶建造过程中焊接残余应力产生的原因及其影响因素 ,并通过分析各种残余应力消除方法的特点 。
The residual stress in the hull structure caused by welding will not only reduce the performance of hull structure components, but also make it difficult to ensure precision building, resulting finally in poor quality of shipbuilding. So it is necessary to carry out effective control countermeasures. The paper analyze the reason of giving this stress, its affections, the features of various ways of stress releasing and their application shipbuilding.
