摘要
经济全球化背景下,国与国之间的交流越加紧密。加快人才队伍建设是当前我国素质教育的重要任务。学生外语能力作为检验高校教育质量的主要标准,不应当只是停留在知识获取的阶段,而应当体现于实践与服务层面。因此,需针对大学英语教学,构建一套完善的教学动态评估模式,借助该模式的评价功能,促使教学质量与水平的提升。
Under the backgq＇ound of economic globalization, the communication between countries are also increasingly closer. Speed- ing up the construction of talents is an important task of quality education in our countlT. As the main criterion to test the quality of college education, students＇ foreign language competence should not only stay in the stage of knowledge acquisition, but also be reflected in pracflee and service. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a set of perfect teaching dynamic evaluation model for college English teaching to promote the quality and level of teaching.
