摘要
目的探讨一种腔静脉滤器回收方法的可行性及初步经验。方法 2015年1月~2017年10月,对39例下肢深静脉血栓形成置入可回收腔静脉滤器者,采用一次性活检钳联合可调弯鞘进行腔静脉滤器的回收。结果 39例均成功回收滤器。射线曝光下回收滤器的操作时间为1分08秒~12分57秒,平均5分58秒,回收滤器均结构完整,无折损断裂,术中术后无死亡及血管损伤、出血、肺动脉栓塞等并发症。随访6~28个月,平均12个月,无相关并发症发生。结论采用一次性活检钳联合可调弯鞘回收腔静脉滤器安全,可行。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of a new method for recovering inferior vena eava (IVC) filters. Methods From January 2015 to October 2017, the combination of disposable biopsy forceps and adjustable curved sheaths was used to recover IVC filters in 39 patients implanted with recoverable IVC filters for lower-extremity deep venous thrombosis (DVT). Results The filters were successfully recovered in all the 39 patients. The operation time of filter recovery under radiographic exposure was from 1 minute 8 seconds to 12 minutes 57 seconds (mean, 5 minutes 58 seconds). The recovered filters remained intact without fractures. No intraor post-operative deaths or complications such as vascular injuries, bleeding or pulmonary artery embolism occurred. No relevant complications were observed during follow-ups for 6 - 28 months ( mean, 12 months). Conclusion The combination of disposable biopsy forceps and catheters with adjustable curved sheaths for recovering IVC filters is safe and feasible.
