摘要
目的采用HPLC测定四味珍层冰硼滴眼液中苯氧乙醇含量。方法采用DIKMADiamonsilC18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(50∶50);流速:1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长:268 nm;柱温:30℃。结果苯氧乙醇在浓度5.43~163.04μg·mL-1内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为1.1%。结论该法简便、准确、精密度高,适用于四味珍层冰硼滴眼液中苯氧乙醇含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of phenoxyethanol in Siwei Zhenceng Bingpeng Eye Drops by HPLC. METHODS The separation was performed with a DIKMA Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was methanol-water(50︰50) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1, the wavelength of detection was 268 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS Good liner relationship of phenoxyethanol was in the range of 5.43^-163.04 μg·mL^-1(r=1.000 0), and the average recovery was 100.3%, RSD was 1.1%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate, high precision and can be used to determine the content of phenoxyethanol in Siwei Zhenceng Bingpeng Eye Drops.
