摘要
遗传算法是一种常用仿生物学算法,以生物进化论原理求解多目标优化问题。文章介绍了遗传算法的基本原理和算法流程;考虑无人机的机动性能约束、任务区域地形及气象环境约束、探测和攻击威胁约束,构建目标函数;对传统遗传算法进行改进,对变异概率自适应优化,并通过仿真验证其有效性。
Genetic algorithm is a commonly used Biomimetic algorithm,solving Multi-objective Optimization problems based on the principle of Biological Evolutionism.This paper introduces the basic principle and flow chart of genetic algorithm.Maneuverability constraints of UAV,task terrain and meteorological environment constraints,detection and attack threat constraints,constructing objective function are covered.Improvement of traditional genetic algorithm,adaptive optimization for mutation probability are conducted and its effectiveness is verified by simulation.
