摘要
德国双元制师资培养有健全的法律保障体系,一体化的培养方式和科学的考评制度。对德国双元制与我国职业教育在师资方面进行比较研究,我国职业教育师资培养存在缺乏适宜职教特色的法律,师资培养方式缺乏科学性和系统性,考评、激励机制不健全等问题。借鉴德国双元制师资培养的经验,对启示我国职教师资培养具有重要的意义。
The teacher training in German Dual System owns a complete legal guarantee system, integrated trainingmethods and scientific evaluation system. The comparative study on German Dual System teacher trainingand Chinese vocational education teacher training shows that Chinese vocational education teacher training lacksof suitable laws and it is not scientific and systematic, evaluation and incentive mechanism is also incomplete. Itis of great significance to draw on the lessons from the experience of German Dual System teacher training.
