摘要
介绍了一种通过计算机、测试程序、DAQ卡和测试板等,实现对多路I/F变换器进行自动测试的方法。与常规的手工测试方式相比,该方法具有更快的测试效率、更好的测试一致性,尤其适合用于大批量产品的测试中。此外,该方法也可推广到V/F变换器的测试中。
An automatic testing method for multichannel I/F converter based on computer, test program, DAQ card and test board is introduced. And compared with the conventional manual testing method, the method has faster test efficiency and better test consistency, and it is especially suitable for testing large quantities of products. Besides, this method can also be extended to the test of V/F converter.
